DAZZLE manufacture industrial steel tiles of standard size 250 mm X 250 mm & 300mm X 300 mm specially for dairies, aluminium plants and maintenance shop also for the production line of textile industries. It is ideally suited for pallet and fork lift movement and where the heavy component is either manufacture of repaired. These steel tiles designed to give higher compressive strength of concrete and higher tensile strength of steel. It is excellent resist to the impact of the object. It provides the skid free surface to the flooring also improve the aesthetic value of the plant.
Material of construction: Mild steel or stainless steel.
Thickness of material used: 2mm, 2.5mm & 3mm
Finish: normally tiles are available in self color. In a special case it is also available in hot deep galvanized. Any other coating is not recommended on the tiles as the coating weaken the bonding between the tiles and the concrete.
Installation of steel tiles: These steel tiles are easily installed on the PCC simply you have to embed in the concrete.
Recommended concrete mixture is 1:2:4.
Simple Laying methods:
Mix Concrete in the top 1 ½” of slab
Mix 1 part cement , 2 parts Sand
1 ½ parts gravel, khadi or stone
Add 4 ½ gallons of water to every cement sack
